From football, basketball and tennis to immersive summer sports camps, Costa Navarino presents a comprehensive summer programme for young guests.
Costa Navarino is expanding its summer activities programme for children and teenagers, offering a series of unique experiences that combine play, creativity and sport. With the introduction of the PLAYMOBIL Odyssey Experience and an enhanced Summer Sports Camps programme, the destination further enriches its recreational and sporting offerings for younger visitors, while also welcoming the Juventus Academy Resort Experience for the very first time.
From football, basketball and tennis to summer camps that foster teamwork and personal growth, Costa Navarino has created a comprehensive programme that allows children and teenagers to develop their skills, gain new experiences and enjoy unforgettable moments throughout the summer.
This year’s experiences at Costa Navarino include:
Juventus Academy Resort Experience
Costa Navarino is expanding its sports programme with the arrival of the Juventus Academy Resort Experience. This new partnership strengthens the destination’s summer camp offering and gives young football enthusiasts the opportunity to develop their abilities under the guidance of official Juventus coaches, through a programme based on the club’s internationally recognised methodology.
Combining technical training with teamwork and personal development, participants will improve essential football skills including ball control, passing, shooting and on-field collaboration, while also learning about the philosophy and values of one of Europe’s most iconic football clubs.
Designed with a strong focus on wellbeing, participation and individual growth, the programme creates an environment where children and young people can develop their potential, build confidence and enjoy the game.
The programme will run from 29 June to 29 August 2026, in sessions lasting from three to six days. It is open to children and teenagers aged 6 to 15, divided into three age groups: 6–8, 9–11 and 12–15 years old. All participants will receive the official Juventus Academy Resort Experience training kit.
Alongside this new initiative, Costa Navarino continues to offer its extensive programme of sports camps, giving young guests the opportunity to develop their skills, discover new sports and enjoy enriching athletic experiences throughout their stay.
NBA Basketball School
8 June – 12 September 2026
For a fourth consecutive year, the NBA Basketball School at Costa Navarino invites children and teenagers aged 6 to 17 to enjoy a unique basketball experience through a dynamic summer programme focused on skill development and teamwork.
Under the guidance of Camp Director Michael Bradley, former NBA player and No.1 NBA Draft pick, participants will take part in skills training, on-court coaching sessions, free play and competitive games. Aspiring athletes can choose programmes lasting from three to six days, running Monday through Saturday, in two age groups: 6–11 years old and 12–17 years old.
Junior Tennis Camps
15 June – 30 August 2026
Through a comprehensive training programme, children participating in the Junior Tennis Camps practice at the Mouratoglou Tennis Center, featuring 12 state-of-the-art courts built to international standards. Participants develop their game and refine their skills following the internationally acclaimed Mouratoglou methodology.
With a focus on physical conditioning, technical development and game strategy, the programme is tailored to each participant’s age and ability level. Groups are organised for ages 5–7, 8–10 and 10+ years old. The camps run Monday through Friday, with player assessments conducted by the coaching team on the first day.
Summer Sports Camps
29 June – 28 August 2026
Children and teenagers aged 6 to 15 have the opportunity to explore and develop skills across a variety of sports through a five-day programme combining exercise, fun and team spirit.
Guided by specialised coaches, participants experience tennis, padel, archery, football, climbing, basketball, swimming, water polo, bowling and golf.
The camps take place Monday through Friday, featuring two sports each day and a ratio of one coach for every eight participants, ensuring personalised attention and guidance for all.
PLAYMOBIL Odyssey Experience at Navarino Agora
A Themed Weekend for Children
Navarino Agora, Costa Navarino’s vibrant hub for gastronomy, culture, shopping and entertainment, will host the PLAYMOBIL Odyssey Experience on Saturday 13 June (16:00–20:00) and Sunday 14 June (11:00–16:00). Admission is free and participation is open to all.
This two-day event filled with imagination, adventure and play invites young visitors to discover the mythical world of the Odyssey through the creative universe of PLAYMOBIL.
At the PLAYMOBIL Kids Playpark, children become the heroes of Odysseus’ journey, following in his footsteps and reliving his adventures through interactive experiences and creative activities.
Odyssey-Inspired Thematic Experiences
The programme features a series of interactive stations that connect mythology with play:
Mascot Experience – “The Heroes of the Odyssey Come to Life”
Children meet Odyssey characters through interactive performances and games. The experience concludes with a meet-and-greet session, where young visitors can meet the heroes and take photographs with them.
Interactive Game Zone – “Take Aim at the Cyclops”
Inspired by Odysseus’ encounter with the Cyclops, this target-based game combines challenges and free play, inviting children to take part in an action-filled mission.
Face Painting – “Little Heroes of the Odyssey”
Children transform into characters from the Odyssey through themed face-painting designs, ranging from Cyclopes and warriors to heroic symbols, bringing their imagination to life.
Creative Workshops
Experiences designed to encourage children to create their own myth:
“Odysseus’ Shield”
Children design and decorate their own shield, creating a personal symbol of strength to take home.
“Odysseus’ Ship”
Through the art of origami, participants create a ship inspired by Odysseus’ legendary voyage, exploring themes of travel and discovery.
“The World of the Odyssey”
Using modelling clay, children bring the world of Odysseus to life as they imagine it, creating ships, waves and mythical creatures.
Until 15 October 2026, Navarino Agora will also host the PLAYMOBIL Kids Play Park, a themed creative play space open to all visitors. Here, the Odyssey, ancient myths and legendary heroes meet the modern PLAYMOBIL universe, creating a unique experience of imagination, exploration and adventure for children and adults alike.

All camps are available exclusively to guests staying at The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, W Costa Navarino, Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, as well as guests of the destination’s Villa Rentals.
The Westin Resort Costa Navarino is an ideal destination for families, offering family suites and rooms with renovated interiors, a water park featuring six waterslides, a children’s pool with more than ten play features, and the Cocoon and SandCastle facilities, which provide a wide range of educational and recreational activities.
Visitors of all ages can also enjoy an extensive selection of sports and outdoor experiences throughout the destination, including wakeboarding, SUP yoga, kayaking, kitesurfing, sailing and diving, as well as hiking, cycling and climbing in the natural landscapes of Messinia.
