A new gastronomic chapter begins at Costa Navarino as the Michelin-starred CTC Urban Gastronomy restaurant and Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis take over three prominent dining venues at Navarino Dunes.
At the heart of this new culinary vision is “Paráfrasi by CTC” restaurant, offering a unique fine comfort food experience. Here, traditional recipes are reimagined and “paraphrased” through the creative lens of the chef, using exceptional local ingredients sourced from small-scale producers. The inspired dishes celebrate the gastronomic heritage of both the region and Greece as a whole.
As Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis explains: “The philosophy of CTC is rooted in our unwavering respect for quality ingredients, as we firmly believe that everything begins with the raw material. At the same time, the “Souvlakerie” remains committed to delivering the best souvlaki, crafted with premium-quality ingredients and authentic flavors, presented in both classic and modern interpretations. Meanwhile, the “Kafenio” blends the heritage of the traditional Greek coffeehouse with a contemporary twist, offering a refreshed space for coffee and meze.
Fully aligned with Costa Navarino’s sustainability principles, all dining venues embrace sustainable gastronomy practices, such as the “nose-to-tail” philosophy to minimize food waste and the use of local, seasonal products, while actively supporting the local economy.
