1 min read

The new year begins with creativity, texture, and the warmth of handmade craft, as Tales in Tiles welcomes its first workshop of 2026 with the talented ceramist Christianna Theodoratou.

Known for her earthy aesthetic and thoughtful approach to clay, Christianna will generously share her hand-building technique for creating a jug using red stoneware clay, a material known for its strength, rich color, and timeless character.

The workshop invites participants into the cozy creative space of Tales in Tiles, in Koukaki, for an afternoon dedicated to slow making and tactile exploration.

No prior experience with clay is needed. Whether you’re a beginner curious to get your hands dirty or a creative soul looking to reconnect with craft, the workshop is designed to be accessible, relaxed, and inspiring for all.

The participation cost includes all materials, as well as the firing and glazing of your handmade piece. Your finished jug will be ready for pickup approximately four weeks after the workshop a lasting keepsake of the experience.

An afternoon of clay, creativity, and shared craftsmanship.
