Rosamund Pike at the center of a modern drama

The new play by Suzie Miller will be screened live from London’s Lyttelton Theatre on Thursday, October 30 at 20:00, at the Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall.

A bold and contemporary look at motherhood, career, and personal identity, the latest work by the multi-award-winning playwright Suzie Miller (Prima Facie) comes to the Athens Concert Hall as part of the acclaimed National Theatre Live series, in collaboration with the British Council Greece and the British Embassy in Athens.

Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl, Saltburn) stars as Jessica Parks, an intelligent and highly accomplished judge at the peak of her career, balancing her profession, family, and personal freedom. Beneath her composed exterior lies a woman of humor, passion, and vulnerability. But when an unexpected event threatens to upend her life, Jessica is forced to confront her own limits and endurance.

Director Justin Martin reunites with Miller following their international hit Prima Facie, to create a powerful, emotionally charged, and intellectually sharp drama that challenges how the modern world defines identity, equality, and gender roles.
