Jamie Duffy, the Irish composer–phenomenon, is coming to Greece for the first time, performing at the Athens Conservatoire on Friday, April 24.

At just 24 years old, he has already opened concerts for Andrea Bocelli and Hans Zimmer, while his debut track “Solas” became the most streamed piece by an Irish artist since Hozier’s “Take Me To Church,” amassing millions of listeners across Spotify, TikTok, and YouTube.

Blending folk, classical, and contemporary influences into a sound that feels both intimate and cinematic, the young composer released his first EP, On A Wing, in 2024 and immediately sold out his first headline tour in Ireland. Now, with nearly 2 million monthly listeners, he is preparing for the biggest chapter of his career to date.

Last October, he released his self-titled album, recorded in various locations across Ireland and Iceland in collaboration with BAFTA award-winning composer Atli Örvarsson.

Shaped between the wild coastlines and quiet northern nights, the album reflects Jamie’s rural roots in Monaghan, molded by shifting landscapes, Irish folklore, love, light, and longing.

Alongside the album, Jamie composed the score for his first feature film, 500 Miles (starring Bill Nighy and Maisie Williams), and is set to tour Europe in 2026.
