“Piaf! The Show” is coming at the Lycabettus Municipal Theatre

“Piaf! The Show” is coming on Saturday 14 September at the Lycabettus Municipal Theatre.

La Vie En Rose, Non Je Ne Regrette Rien, La Foule, Milord, all the beloved songs of the absolute diva will take us on a journey through the stations of her turbulent life in the short summer of September in Athens. On Saturday, September 14, the performance “Piaf! The Show”.

Conceived and directed by Gil Marsalla, Piaf! The Show has been described by Edith Piaf’s dear friends, such as Ginou Richer and Charles Aznavour, as “…the finest tribute ever paid to Edith Piaf’s career…”.

In 2017, the ultimate tribute, “Piaf! Le Spectacle” sold out at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Olympia in Paris with the iconic participation of Charles Dumont, creator of some of the legendary star’s greatest hits. In two 45-minute parts, “Piaf! The Show” tells the story of Edith Piaf through her unforgettable songs in an original set design and projections of never-before-published images of Edith Piaf. A magnificent performance that continues to make history as the biggest French hit worldwide!

The performer Nathalie Lermitte

Nathalie Lermitte followed her innate vocation to sing from the age of 6, when she first took to the stage with her father’s orchestra and sang in front of 500 people. On the day she turned 18, she released her first album “Tu es tout ce que j’aime”, two singles from which sold over 400,000 copies.

Nathalie Lermitte recorded many theme songs for TV series and cartoons. In 1989 she took her first steps in musical comedy when she was invited to play the role of Cristal in “Starmania”, which was staged for 3 years at the Théâtre Marigny in Paris, followed by an international tour that ended in Moscow and St. Petersburg. This was followed by a series of successful roles in musicals in which she played the role of Edith Piaf.

In 2018 she joined the show Piaf! The Show and continues to enjoy worldwide success with performances in France, the United States, Dubai, South America, and Europe.
