Butter Croissants, Specialty Coffee & Sunday Vibes at rhoé

1 min read

On Sunday, May 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., rhoé welcomes No Crumbs for a special pop-up on the ground floor of the multi-purpose venue, in the heart of Athens.

For one day only, No Crumbs’ signature creations will join rhoé’s brunch scene in a collaboration that brings together two concepts sharing a common philosophy: a love for high-quality ingredients, handcrafted creations, and a contemporary gastronomic experience.

Behind No Crumbs are Panagiotis Koutsoubis, Michalis Merzenis, Anna Tasioula, and Konstantinos Xyros, while the pastry concept is led by consultant pastry chef Liza Kermanidou, who has built an impressive career in London and was awarded Pastry Chef of the Year this year by the FNL Guide. With a strong focus on proper techniques, a zero-waste philosophy, and exceptional raw ingredients, No Crumbs has already stood out for its signature viennoiseries, creative pastries, and contemporary bakery aesthetic.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy some of No Crumbs’ most beloved flavors, including Butter Croissant, Cinnamon Sticky Bun, Banana Coconut Cake (vegan option), and other signature creations that have already gained a loyal following in the city, always with an emphasis on technique, premium ingredients, and freshness.

With its contemporary all-day identity and philosophy that connects gastronomy with creativity and hospitality, rhoé is the ideal meeting point for this collaboration. From specialty coffee and bakery offerings to the overall aesthetic and energy of the space, everything comes together to create a Sunday gathering filled with flavor, music, and springtime spirit in the center of the city.

The music curation for the day will be by DJ Snatch.
