ANTHES turns one and unveils a new menu, blending Greek roots with global influences, plus a vibrant aperitivo celebration in Athens

ANTHES has established itself as one of the city’s most contemporary dining destinations, unveiling its new menu – a creative proposition that brings together local roots and modern international influences, under the signature of Executive Chef Hippokratis Anagnostelis.

Located in the heart of Athens, at 3 Skoufa Street, ANTHES continues to evolve its gastronomic identity. Guided by a philosophy rooted in seasonality and respect for raw ingredients, it follows the rhythm of nature, allowing each element to shine at its very best.

The menu retains beloved signature dishes while introducing new creations distinguished by their strong character and balance of flavors, such as shrimp trahanas, sea bass in a potato crust, linguine with mussels, and a Grand Cru double chocolate mousse.

Over the past year, ANTHES has become a point of reference for distinctive culinary experiences and now it’s time to celebrate. On Friday, May 8th, from 20:00 onwards, the restaurant welcomes guests to a special anniversary party inspired by the spirit of the Italian aperitivo. As the city slips into sunset mode, finger food featuring favorite flavors, a vibrant DJ set, and refreshing Aperol Spritz come together to create the perfect setting for an evening reminiscent of the most beautiful moments of summer.
