House of Shila’s Holiday Market Returns this December for its 2rd Year

MONA’S MARCHÉ, a pop-up Christmas event showcasing an inspired selection of makers and their wares returns for its second year at Mona Athens, coinciding with the launch of House of Shila’s new online store.

MONA’S MARCHÉ features an inspiring line-up of emerging and established artists and designers, across textiles, ceramics, artworks, jewellery and floral installations. Taking place in Mona’s Living Room, in the heart of Psirri, on the weekend of 7th and 8th December, this celebratory showcase of makers offers not only an occasion for sourcing one of a kind holiday gifts, but a meeting point for and by creatives coming together to connect. Throughout the weekend, guests will savour baked treats made exclusively for Mona by Betty’s Bakery, specialty coffee and teas by MINU Athens  and delicious natural wines poured by Tanini Agapi Mou. See below for a full list of all the participants.

Visitors will be able to meet the artists-in-residence behind each creation to a backdrop of records being played and available for purchase, by boutique record shop and vinyl-only record label REVOLT! on Saturday 7/12. Tastemaker Chris Kontos of Kennedy Magazine will be taking over the decks on Sunday 8/12 with an inspired soundtrack that crosses genres.

Join us on 7th and 8th December at Mona Athens, or see you online at the House of Shila e-store on 9th December.  Members get discounts, so make sure to apply here.
