Pirateland: A dark comedy with pirates and tourists travels to Clermont-Ferrard

Pirateland by director Stavros Petropoulos has its world premiere world premiere at the 47th Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. Ferrand, which will take place from 31 January to 8 February of
2025. The film, produced by Leonidas Yonstandarakos – Alaska Films – and written by George Teltzidis, has been selected to participate in the official competition category of the Festival, considered the most important in the genre worldwide.
Pirateland is an international co-production between Greece, France, Norway and the United States.

SUMMARY

At the end of the tourist season, a Norwegian family arrives at a pension in the Gramvousa region.
